1. Introduction
This spraying line is mainly used for coating the surface of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders. The equipment adopts the principle of electrostatic spraying to realize the surface coating of the cylinders. That is, the thermosetting epoxy polyester powder is used to pass through the high-pressure static electrode to make the powder electrostatically adsorb on the surface of the derusted bottle body. It is heated to the melting point of the powder through a specific drying tunnel, and after drying, a cured film with strong adhesion is formed. When spraying, the excess powder is absorbed on the surface of the filter element under the action of wind. The compressed air pulses the filter element intermittently under the action of the pulse meter and solenoid valve, and the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter element is shaken down to the bottom of the chamber body, Easy to recycle and clean up.
