The hydraulic two-roller rolling machine is mainly used to roll all kinds of metal sheets into cylindrical workpiece. One roller is steel roller, and the other is elastic layer wrapped around the steel roller core.
The principle of the process is:
1. place the plate between the two rollers to make it touch
2. press through the steel roller
3. the elastic layer of the lower roller is concave to make the steel plate bend.
4. drive the two rollers to rotate to make the plate continuously bend and roll.
