Automatic LPG Gas Cylinder Production Annealing Furnace
1. Appliaction:
This furnace is designed to carry out heat treatment for LPG cylinders by applying flame from gas
burner on the cylinders
2. Working Principle
The workpiece to be heat treated is placed on the chain belt braket, and driven to enter into the annealing furnace automatically by the chain. The high temperature flame is sprayed directly on the surface of LPG cylinder through a controlled combustion device within a certain time. Thus, the stress generated after the cylinder is welded can be eliminated.
This product can also be used for LPG cylinder re-validation. The high temperature incineration makes the paint on the surface carbonize quickly, and the oil inside the cylinder, and residual liquid is annealed clean.
