3. Working principle
When the LPG cylindes are fed into the projecting area of the cleaning room by an electrically controlled variable-speed-conveyor roller, the cylinder body are hit and rubbed by several powerful impeller heads. The oxidized rust layer and dirt on it are quickly peeled off, and the steel surface has a smooth surface with a certain roughness. The projectiles and rust dust fallin on the cylinder are transported to the projectile circulation system through the recovery screw, and the worhpiece are loaded and unload on the rollers on both sides of the cleaning room.
During the cleaning process, the dropped dust mixture is collected in the lower part of the elevator through the funnel of the chamber and the vertical and horizontal screw conveyor, and then lifted into the seperator in the upper part of the machine. The seperated pure pellets fall into the seperator hopper for cycled supply. Dust generated during shot blasting is sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe. The purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere, however, particulated dust is captured and collected.
4. Composition
The machine is mainly composed of a cleaning room, an indoor conveyor roller and an in-and-out conveyoring roller, impeller heads, a projectile circyling system (including a hoist, a seperator, a vertical and horizontal spiral conveyor, and a pellet supply pipeline), a blowing device, and a dust romoval system, electrical control and so on.
