1. Introduction
This machine is composed of cleaning room, rollers and transmission, four shot blasting devices, elevator, cylinder pushing cylinder mechanism, electrical and other parts. The cleaning chamber is welded by steel plates, and the protective lining plate made of wear-resistant materials protects the chamber body from wear. Its purpose is mainly to clean up LPG cylinders, especially for 12KG and 15KG cylinders, to remove oxide scale and old paint and other attached substances on the surface of new and old cylinders. After a certain surface roughness is obtained, the surface can be coated with a protective layer. , Improve the adhesion of the paint film, improve the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the workpiece, improve the internal quality of the workpiece, and extend its service life.
