Electrostatic Zinc Spraying Line for LPG Cylinder Production
1. Introduction
This set of machine is exclusively designed to spray zinc on the surface during manufacturing LPG
cylinder.It is consisted by arc-spray zinc machine,spray gun-auto-mechanism,work piece-auto feed-auto charge sped shit-mechanism,spray chamber,exhaling device,electrical controller.
The Zinc coating line is composed of arc zinc spraying machine, automatic spraying guns, automatic conveyor and rotating speed-change part, spraying room, vacuum cleaner, electric control and so on. It is specially used for zinc spraying to the surface of LPG steel cylinder. With arc as the heat source, the molten zinc wire is atomized by high-speed air flow. This equipment combines three new electric arc spraying machines into one, and uses three or more spray guns to spray zinc on different surface positions of the same cylinder from different sides
