LPG Cylinder Making Machine Production Line Circle Welding Machine
1. Introduction
The lower shell and the upper shell are combined and welded at the circumference yielding the full shape of the cylinder as a single unit.
It is composed of automatic welding machine gas shielded welding power supply and welding frame. The cylinder rotation (i.e. welding speed) is regulated by speed regulating motor. The orientation of the welding nozzle of the machine head can be adjusted, and the pneumatic device is used for clamping, so that the loading and unloading can be completed quickly. The welding quality of the equipment is stable and the production efficiency is high.
