LPG Cylinder Production Line Trimming Joggling Beading Machine
This LPG cylinder trimming,beading and cleaning machine is used to shrink the edge of the lower halves to fit the trimmed upper halves perfectly to get ready for circumferential welding process. When the machine is power on, the shell rotates, pneumatic positioning and clamping, the shrinking hob extrusion molding, control the CAM rotation. Shape a joggled shell. Adjust the hob plate travel, can change the size of the diameter. The machine is connected with the conveying line to realize automatic operation.
