1. Application:
The LPG Cylinder residual liquid recovery device is used for the recovery of the residual liquid of LPG cylinder. It adopts the negative pressre method, which uses a vacuum pump to draw the residual liquid, and pumps the pressure in the gas-liquid separator to a negative state. Then enter gas liquid seperator, and then draw the residual gas through the pipeline into the nozzle for combustion

4. Operation Instruction
1) Turn on the fan for ventilation before operation.
2) Check whether the valves, joints, and flanges of the inverted pipelines are tight and free of leakage, and whether the inverted guns are in good condition.
3) Notify the operator to turn on the compressor.
4) When the pressure increases with a large pressure index, open the gas phase cock and the cylinder valve to inflate the cylinder.
5) Turn over the cylinder, close the gas phase valve, and open the liquid phase cock to make the residual liquid flow into the residual liquid tank.
6) After the operation is over, notify the operator to turn off the compressor. Close all valves and fans at the same time. Clean up the work site and make a good operation record.
